Electronic Arts has announced that it is to open a new studio based in Gothenburg, that is to be “focused on making a new generation of games on the Frostbite 2 engine”.
An invite sent to those attending the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco confirmed the news, with anyone viewing an event on Wednesday to discuss the studio’s first project required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Other than that, information regarding the studio remains light with EA recommending that those interested in career opportunities across game design, engineering, modeling, animation and sound engineering roles should check out jobs.ea.com.
