Modus Games and Italic Pig have announced that their “adorable and touching” dinosaur ranch-builder Paleo Pines will release on Nintendo Switch.
Set on a “wonderfully quirky island populated with friendly dinosaurs and welcoming townsfolk,” when you arrive you will move into an old ranch that you must fix up. While much of your time will be spent making your own patch of paradise, you will also be able to team up with Lucky, your trusty Parasaurolophus, as you work to discover the lost history of Paleo Pines.
You can meet and enlist dinosaurs to help fix up your ranch and grow crops, turning your unremarkable plot of land into the dinosaur ranch of your dreams. To befriend them, you will need to use tasty treats, give them nose boops or create comfy pens, keeping track of their favourites and dislikes in your handy dino journal.
There are plenty of locations for you to explore whether that be flowery fields or high canyons, although it is up to you to make the most of each day as you discover enchanting landscapes and stumble on different species in the wilderness.
Paleo Pines will release at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Fall 2023.
