The Diancie distribution event for Pokémon X and Y is now underway in North America, although eager fans have been reporting the emergence of error code 090-0210.
Before frustration begins to settle in, be aware that the Pokémon Global Link is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance which is why such error is occurring.
This has seen all services on the website affected, with in-game Game Sync and Rating Battles similarly unavailable.
