Demolish Games has announced that Demolish & Build 3 will be released on Nintendo Switch next year.
With the chance to play as the owner of a construction and demolition company, this physics-based simulator will challenge you to complete construction works, obliterate ruins with its advanced destruction system and manage your business.
The developer has pitched the game’s realistic destruction system as its “outstanding feature.” Each fragment has a specific material with unique parameters, such as resistance to particular types of damage, to lend the experience greater realism “by taking into account the mutual influence of individual objects and structures.”
It won’t all be about demolition, as you will need to buy equipment, hire employees, assign your employees to tasks and look to expand your company headquarters. The orders that you successfully execute will help your company develop, and progression will result in you being challenged with more complicated tasks.
“Demolish & Build 3 will be a completely new opening for the series – with a new and more realistic approach, higher quality and a whole lot of unique solutions,” explains Demolish Games CEO Paweł Dywelski.
The developer has outlined the game’s key features, which include:
- realistic destruction system;
- various locations;
- digging and building;
- skid-steer and excavator;
- vehicle control based on real machines;
- physical simulation of vehicle tracks;
- vehicle attachments;
- running and developing the company;
- randomly generated missions;
- more vehicles and tools;
- new locations;
- concrete pouring.
Demolish & Build 3 will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2025.
