Debut Trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2: The Videogame

The debut trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2: The Videogame has today been released, introduced by none other than Emma Watson, the actress who plays Hermione Grainger in the blockbuster films.

Based on the upcoming Warner Bros. Pictures film, the game features the most epic battles to date and proves to be an unforgettable interactive finale to the Harry Potter series.

Within this first trailer, which sets the stage for the conclusion to a thrilling journey, players will witness how they are able to step into the shoes of Harry Potter as he and his friends embark on a dangerous, and urgent, quest to locate and destroy the remaining Horcruxes, and with them, Voldemort. You’ll have chance to experience iconic locations as the fate of the wizarding world rests in the balance in this final battle of Hogwarts.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2: The Videogame is due to release for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, Nintendo DS and PC in July 2011.
