Crunchyroll application now available on Wii U


Anime, manga and Asian dramas arrive on Wii U, courtesy of the free Crunchyroll application that’s now available in North America through the Nintendo eShop.

With more than 25,000 episodes and 15,000 hours of licensed content it promises to occupy you for hours, such a sizeable library bursting with popular favourites such as Naruto Shippuden, One Piece, and Sword Art Online.

Crunchyroll has a premium subscription service, allowing you to watch new, ad-free episodes an hour after they air in Japan. Whereas content can be viewed freely with adverts, with a free 14-day trial of the premium membership on offer through the application or Crunchyroll website for those wanting to see what they’re missing out on.
