The Pokémon Company International have at long last announced that Pokémon the Series: XY will shortly begin airing in the United Kingdom.
CiTV will begin broadcasting episodes from April 5th, with Pokémon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened also being shown on the same day to celebrate its arrival.
The seventeeth season of the animated series, it sees Ash and Pikachu explore the Kalos region which first made an appearance in last year’s Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. They’re joined by new travelling companions in genius inventor Clemont, his younger sister Bonnie, and fellow Pokémon Trainer Serena.
