Paradox Interactive has announced that Cities: Skylines: Nintendo Switch Edition is now available on the portable home console, letting you build your dream city anytime, anywhere.
It presents you with the chance to experience the thrill and hardships of creating and maintaining a real city with its own transport and economy systems.
Tantalus Media has handled porting the fan-favourite city builder to Nintendo Switch, which has a UI that has been designed especially for the console.
Cities Skylines: Nintendo Switch Edition comes with the After Dark and Snowfall expansions, and, along with advanced tutorials and Nintendo Switch Pro Controller support, HD Rumble will help you locate the most efficient areas to place service buildings in your city.
“Cities is the first Paradox title on any Nintendo platform, and we are very eager to get the game out to Switch players,” explains Paradox Interactive product manager Sandra Neudinger.
“This is an exciting opportunity for the game – for us internally, for current players, and for new players to come. It’s very cool to experience a portable version of Cities: Skylines, so players can now carry their city with them, finding inspiration wherever they go. Imagination is the only limit, we can’t wait to see what players dream and build up.”
Cities: Skylines: Nintendo Switch Edition is now available on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide, priced at $39.99.
