Blades Of Time Remaster Out On Nintendo Switch This Week
Gaijin Entertainment has revealed that Blades of Time will release on Nintendo Switch this week, their time-warping hack ‘n’ slash action adventure.
Seeing players battle it out in fast-paced combat with swords, firearms, and magic, the game was originally released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC way back in 2012.
The story-driven single-player campaign sees the daring treasure huntress Ayumi set out on a journey to an ancient island, searching for the hidden treasures of a long lost civilization.
That will see her fight her way through hordes of monsters and other creatures of magic, with the unique ability to rewind time.
When used, Ayumi’s shadow in time will repeat the last actions of the player – whether that be fighting monsters or luring them away from your location. You can then charge into battle alongside them, bolstering the damage that you can deal.
There is a revamped multiplayer mode as well, that blends the game’s combat with strategic MOBA elements where each player takes charge of an army of NPC monsters – challenged to be the first to destroy their enemy’s stronghold.
Blades of Time will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on May 14th.
