‘Battlefield Evolved’ and ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ appear on retail schedule

Battlefield Evolved and The Dark Knight Rises have appeared on a 2012 release schedule from a major UK high street retailer, reports MCV.

With both being unannounced titles no further details are known, yet, with a speculative mind, Battlefield Evolved would seem a suitable name for a Wii U debut for the series – EA previously promising to bring “key franchises” to the console.

Similarly, it would appear that Warner Bros.’ summer blockbuster The Dark Knight Rises will see an accompanying video game tie-in, which, according to the schedule, points toward a physical rather than digital release.

Both Battlefield Evolved and The Dark Knight Rises are expected to release in Autumn.
