Onion Games has revealed that the cult-classic “anti-RPG” Moon will release on Nintendo Switch.
After a young boy is suddenly sucked through his TV and into a videogame — a classic JRPG called Moon World – he begins his own journey to recover the world’s missing moonlight by collecting Love.
As the Moon World’s brave hero loots and levels up by cutting down monsters for experience points, the boy releases their souls to retrieve Love.
You will have the chance to meet a crazy cast of weird and wonderful characters, observing their strange habits and daily routines by visiting them at different times and days of the week – using the secrets that you discover to earn more Love.
There are also MoonDiscs to collect that contain original songs, which will let you choose the background music that plays.
Moon will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch in Japan on October 10th, and worldwide “not too long afterward.”
