PM Studios and Poke Life Studio have announced that Evolutis will release on Nintendo Switch this year.

This 2D story-driven action-adventure game has taken inspiration from classic ’80s anime-realism, such as Blade Runner, Ghost In The Shell, and Akira.

Set in Neo Hong Kong, you will play as three main characters and, as you progress in the story, you will see how their fates are “curiously intertwined.”

That story will follow Damon Watts, a grieving husband in search of the whereabouts of his supposedly deceased pregnant wife. Erick Warren, a drug addict seeking vengeance against those he believes to be involved in the murder of his cousin. And Chelsea Williams, a famous but lonely wrestler doing everything she can to keep her non-biological father alive.

Evolutis will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2020.
