Crunching Koalas has released the first software update for Lichtspeer: Double Speer Edition, their action arcade, lightspear-throwing simulator now on version 1.0.1.
The Polish developer notes that this “includes minor tweaks and optimisations, but most importantly – a new, juicy icon!” It certainly hasn’t been the worst game icon that I have seen on Nintendo Switch, but has now shifted the logo upward in order to let the key artwork become more prominent.
Lichtspeer: Double Speer Edition promises an “über fantastich” experience that sees the Gods summon an ancient champion wielding a lightspear to please them and restore balance to the universe after their lands became infested with Penguin Vikings, Wurst Zombies, and Hipster Ice Giants.
The Nintendo Switch version has an exclusive co-op mode that lets a second player join your quest as a four-legged friend.
