Nintendo of America have announced that PAX South attendees will be able to put the New Nintendo 3DS XL through its paces.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS will be playable on the revised hardware at the event, which takes place in San Antonio, Texas between 23rd – 25th January 2015.
Nintendo will host a “72-Hour Mask Challenge” in honour of Majora’s Mask 3D where fans will be tasked to create personalised masks, while a real-life Majora’s Mask replica will be on display. Cosplay inspired by The Legend of Zelda is encouraged, with those that do so being able to jump the queue to try Link’s adventure in Termina.
The New Nintendo 3DS XL, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate all launch in North America on February 13th.
