Wedbush Securities estimates for NPD Group’s next sales report, indicate that the Wii U has seen an estimated 79 percent increase in sales month-over-month.
Whilst not sounding as dramatic as the 685 percent sales spike that the UK recently saw,
it does see Nintendo of America having hopefully shifted a further 55,000 units which was aided in large part by the Wii U Deluxe Set price cut and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD bundle.
So not perfect, but things are looking up for Nintendo who will now hopefully capitalise on Sonic Lost World and Super Mario 3D World in the run up to Christmas.
