The Poes that illuminate the Depths can be exchanged at four-eyed Bargainer Statues in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK), whose locations are scattered throughout Hyrule’s murky and gloom-ridden underground.
You will most likely encounter your first Bargainer Statue at Lookout Landing (Coordinates -252, 0151, 0020), who will explain that you can offer up the Poes that you have recovered so that they may return them to the afterlife.
Those exchanges will offer some unique in-game rewards – like the Dark Hood, Dark Tunic and Dark Trousers clothing set – but you will need to locate every Bargainer Statue to be rewarded with full access to their wares. The Cliff Bargainer Statue can be found a short distance northeast of the Yisuayam Lightroot (Coordinates -1029, 2692, -0273).
Great Abandoned Central Mine Bargainer Statue Location
This Bargainer Statue is found below the Great Abandoned Central Mine (Coordinates -0847, -1965, -0544), and can be activated through the A Call from the Depths side quest.
Plains Bargainer Statue Location
The Plains Bargainer Statue is found a short distance northeast of the Stakijat Lightroot (Coordinates 0459, -0805, -0471).
Wellspring of Courage Bargainer Statue Location
This Bargainer Statue can be found south of the Muokuij Lightroot at the Wellspring of Courage (Coordinates 0883, -2403, -0393).
Wellspring of Power Bargainer Statue Location
This Bargainer Statue is found to the north of the Akinatanis Lightroot at the Wellspring of Power (Coordinates 3708, 2598, -0414).
Wellspring of Wisdom Bargainer Statue Location
This Bargainer Statue can be found a short distance to the east of the Usukaz Lightroot at the Wellspring of Wisdom (Coordinates 3851, -1328, -0858).
