Whilst Nintendo announced a Japanese release for Game Boy Colour duo The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons last month, details regarding a western release remained sketchy.

We can now expect them to arrive through the Nintendo eShop before summer, with Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma yesterday taking to the series’ official Miiverse community board to make such confirmation.

“Our plan is to release these two games in other territories some times before summer!” he revealed, alongside explaining how players are able to link the two games together.

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons released through the Nintendo eShop across Japan on February 27th, with a western release now expected before summer.
