NIS America and IzanagiGames have revealed that Yurukill: The Calumniation Games is coming to Nintendo Switch next year.
Promising “a unique take on the investigative adventure genre,” celebrated Japanese author Homura Kawamoto has looked to deliver “a twisted, multifaceted story.”
After he is accused of arson and murdering 21 people, Sengoku Shunju must fight for his freedom and prove his innocence. Now as one of six Prisoners, he must team up with one of five victims – referred to as Executioners – within the confines of the strange and secluded amusement park known as Yurukill Land.
Each of the five teams – Mass Murderers, Death Dealing Duo, Crafty Killers, Sly Stalkers and Peeping Toms – can have their crimes pardoned if they overcome the entertainment venue’s attractions. However if the Executioners win, they will be able to exact their revenge in memory of their loved ones.
Yurukill: The Calumniation Games will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Spring 2022.
