NIS America has released a new software update for Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA on Nintendo Switch, continuing to address issues that were identified with the port.

The update, version 1.0.4, is the last that the publisher had scheduled for the portable home console. It has specifically introduced support for a Japanese voice option – which requires an additional download on the Nintendo eShop – as well as “aesthetic refinements during cutscenes.”
