Amazon UK were able to encourage a drastic increase in their Wii U sales, through performing a temporary price cut for the console.
The Wii U Premium Pack fell to a more lucrative price point of £229.99, although has now returned to £269.99 before you rush to purchase, seeing the console jump from being positioned 390 within Amazon UK’s sales ranking to 40.
Sales data points toward a sales increase of 875 percent at its peak, which will surely please both the online retailer and Nintendo.
Similarly, sales of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, ZombiU and New Super Mario Bros. U leapt by 92 percent, 250 percent, and 110 percent respectively.
