Pre-orders have started to open for the newly announced Nintendo Switch (OLED Model), Nintendo’s latest hardware revision for their popular portable home console.
If you are looking to secure your pre-order, those in the United Kingdom can look to specialist retailer GAME at the moment. You can choose to buy either the White or Neon Red and Neon Blue consoles standalone (£309.99), or bundled with games such as Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Animal Crossing: New Horizons (£349.99).
Whereas those in the United States will seemingly need to hold out a little longer, as we haven’t seen pre-orders pop up yet at the usual retailers such as Best Buy, GameStop or Target.
The Nintendo Switch (OLED model) will have “a similar overall size to the Nintendo Switch console, but with a larger, vibrant 7-inch OLED screen with vivid colours and high contrast,” as well as a wide adjustable stand, a dock with a wired LAN port, 64 GB of internal storage and enhanced audio.
The Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) will retailers worldwide on 8th October 2021, priced at £309.99 ($349.99).
