Capcom is looking to introduce you to the foreign Kingdom of Khura’in, having released a short anime prologue that leads to the events that will unfold in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice.
That sees rebels protest against the Khura’in court system, which only appears to deal out guilty verdicts. Their unlawful acts only bring them before rival prosecutor Nahyuta Sahdmadhi, who sees their trials as a test from Khura’in’s divine holy mother.
The action soon switches to Phoenix Wright, who suggests that frozen pork buns may have been used as a murder weapon – much to Simon Blackquill’s annoyance. Some familiar faces return in the remainder of the eight-minute prologue, for which we’ll save the rest of the surprises for those that want to watch.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS in Europe and North America on September 8th, priced at £24.99 ($29.99).
