It has been announced that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have signed an agreement that will see them handle distribution, sales and marketing of Codemasters’ games across North and South America during 2012.

This will include DiRT Showdown and F1 2012, Warner Bros. having previously partnered with Codemasters for the European launch of The Lord of the Rings Online.

The British developer had previously had a similar arrangement with THQ Partners, before the company recently hit financial troubles which led to studio closures and hundreds of layoffs.
