Chorus Worldwide Games, Toge Productions and Tahoe Games have announced that their gothic vertical-action rogue-lite Rising Hell will release on Nintendo Switch this month.
Starting in the shackles of Arok, a sinner that wields a mysterious bestial arm that holds the power to kill demons, you must wage a one-man war against the ghoulish gatekeepers of Hell.
Battling your way through hordes of savage monsters, you will be challenged to ascend through Hell to release your dark master Lucifer from the roots of the hideous Zaqom tree, where his corpse has been caged by warriors of the heavens.
With the chance to unlock new characters and talents to aid your quest, you must be wary of deadly traps lining walls, floors and ceilings, while spending the red orbs from the foes that you slay to buy mighty buffs to grant your character even greater power.
Rising Hell will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 20th May 2021 priced at £7.99 ($9.99).
