The Pokémon Company has teamed up with GameStop to run a Volcanion distribution event this October.
That will see participating stores hand out serial code cards that will let you receive the Mythical Pokémon in Pokémon Omega Ruby, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X, or Pokémon Y.
Volcanion, which is known as the Steam Pokémon, is the first Fire and Water-type Pokémon to appear in the series. It will be Level 70 with the ability Water Absorb, and will arrive holding an Assault Vest item. The Mythical Pokémon’s moves are Steam Eruption, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, and Explosion.
How To Unlock Volcanion With A Serial Code
1. Select Receive Gift, then Yes to confirm
2. Select Get With Code
3. Select Yes to confirm
4. Enter your serial code, then watch as you receive your Pokémon
5. Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokémon Center to receive the Pokémon
6. Be sure to save your game!
