The German Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK) has issued a rating for Cooking Mama: Cookstar on Nintendo Switch.

It was on Nintendo DS that the cookery simulation-styled minigame compilation had first appeared, and, since then, it has been seen on Nintendo 3DS, Wii, and iOS.

The general gameplay had challenged players to chop vegetables, slice meat, and flip food to create meals, using the stylus to perform different gestures on the touch screen (or with the Wii Remote).

With the Joy-Con’s accelerometer and gyroscope, we can likely expect a similar experience on Nintendo Switch. But, we’ll have to wait until the game’s reveal to learn more.
