Urban Trial Playground Physical Edition Wheelies Into Retailers Across Europe

Tate Multimedia has announced that an Urban Trial Playground physical edition is now available at retailers across Europe.

The stunt bike racer released last month on the Nintendo eShop, but, in this physical release, you can score yourself some limited edition art cards.

Against a sun-soaked background that will see you flip, trick, and roll over palm trees and golden sands dunes, Urban Trial Playground introduces independent front and rear brake controls to the series. With every surface able to be used to perform tricks on, you can pull off stoppies and front flips – sliding into huge skid burns on the track to rack up longer combos.

We had some concerns about the game in our Urban Trial Playground review, writing: “In all honesty, I couldn’t help but feel that Urban Trial Playground is a blatant quick cash grab to release on Nintendo Switch when there isn’t any competition in the genre. Without the Ubisoft-published Trials series or even OlliOlli to compete against, it does seem like a half-baked attempt to sail a blue ocean.”

Urban Trial Playground is now available for Nintendo Switch at retail in Europe, and on the Nintendo eShop worldwide.
