SEGA and Two Point Studios have released a new developer interview video for Two Point Hospital.

This sees lead designer Ben Huskins and senior UX designer Lauren Woodroffe talk about how they have made sure that the game remains just as accessible on console as it is on PC.

It also highlights the positive feedback that they have received about the port from those that had the chance to play it at Gamescom 2019.

The management sim places you in the role of a hospital administrator, challenging you to build, cure, and constantly improve your hospital empire.

You will need to train your staff and deal with their wide-ranging personality traits, especially if you want to beat the local healthcare competition in Two Point County. And, while you won’t be able to save every patient, there are ghost-capturing janitors that can help.

Thanks to community feedback, new features have been added to the game since it was released on PC – such as Interior Designer, copy-paste room layouts, and character customization.

These will be included in the Nintendo Switch port, as well as the Bigfoot and Pebberley Island expansions – adding snowy and tropical regions.

Two Point Hospital will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in late 2019.
