Hidden Achievement has announced that their Metroidvania sci-fi twin-stick shooter Outpost Delta will release on Nintendo Switch this week.
You play as an emergency defence drone called Delta, who must defend an abandoned research station after an army of invasive aliens known as the Klaath infiltrate it.
Working with her companion AI, Delta must use creative methods to take down the intruders while descending into the depths of the research station that she was programmed to protect.
You will be able to control the station’s gravity while exploring it or to confront enemies in zero-gravity. Your progression will reward you with unlockable and upgradeable weapons and armour to help your efforts to defeat the extraterrestrial menace.
Outpost Delta will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 20th October 2020.
