Transformers: Age of Extinction game trademark appears

Another Transformers game is seemingly on the way, with Hasbro having recently filed a trademark with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

This encompasses “interactive entertainment software, namely computer game software, computer game programs, computer game cartridges, computer game discs,” and, unsurprisingly, matches the title of Michael Bay’s next blockbuster-budget film based on the toy line.

What remains unclear is which studio is handling the game and which platforms it is destined for, although that news will likely surface ahead of the film’s 27th June 2014 release.
