The Pokémon Company International has revealed that Trainer’s Pokémon cards will make their return to the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) next year.
The news came as The Pokémon Company president and CEO Tsunekazu Ishihara took to the stage for the closing ceremony at the 2024 Pokémon World Championships.
With the cards representing the powerful bond between Pokémon and Trainer, those shown as part of a battle-hardened animation include Lillie’s Clefairy ex, Marnie’s Grimmsnarl ex, N’s Zoroark ex and N’s Reshiram.
Trainer’s Pokémon will return in expansions for the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) planned for 2025.
