Disney Infinity Toy Box TV continued with a special episode this week, as John Vignocchi and Allison Petrek shared their excitement about the Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition announcement.
That sees them share their “Top 5 things you need to know about Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition,” namely being that they’ve joined forces with the Star Wars universe to release three Play Sets named Twilight of the Republic, Rise Against the Empire, and, releasing in winter, The Force Awakens.
In response to overwhelming demand from fans Tron: Legacy characters Sam and Quorra have been added in, while additional Play Sets for Disney Pixar’s Inside Out and Marvel’s Avengers will see eventual release. Toy Box 3.0 has been expanded with Toy Box Takeover and Toy Box Speedway games, while the Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition Starter Pack will sell at retail for the lower price of $64.99.
They also reveal that they will be live on Twitch on Friday 8th May at 11am PST, for a Disney Infinity Toy Box TV Live Edition where they’ll try and answer as many questions that they can.
Disney Infinity 3.0 will release on Wii U in Europe and North America later this year.
