Activision has shared a launch trailer for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, which is out on Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch next month.
Remade from the ground up by Iron Galaxy Studios in collaboration with Tony Hawk, the developer has looked to blend the classic content with additions like new skaters, gnarlier tricks, a revamped soundtrack and parks.
With cross-platform online multiplayer for up to eight players, the legendary pro skater roster includes Tony Hawk, Bucky Lasek, Steve Caballero, Kareem Campbell, Geoff Rowley, Andrew Reynolds, Elissa Steamer, Chad Muska, Eric Koston, Rodney Mullen, Jamie Thomas, Rune Glifberg, and Bob Burnquist. There are also new skaters such as Rayssa Leal, Chloe Covell, Jamie Foy, Zion Wright, and Yuto Horigome.
The iconic soundtrack retains fan-favourite songs from the original games like Motorhead’s Ace of Spades, Amoeba by Adolescents, Mass Appeal by Gang Starr, 96 Quite Bitter Beings by CKY, Not the Same by Bodyjar, and KRS-One’s Outta Here, with new tracks “that capture the spirit of modern skate culture.”
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 will be released at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch worldwide on 11 July 2025.
