Activision Blizzard has confirmed that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch this year.

The Vicarious Visions-developed remaster invites those with the portable home console to kickflip and ollie all over again with Tony Hawk and the line-up of pro-skaters on the move.

Faithfully remastering the first two games in the iconic series – Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 – the experience blends the original levels, pro-skaters, old-school tricks and iconic songs.

Now recreated with high-definition graphics, you can also expect additional features, even more tricks to pull off and the “most pre-eminent” pro-skaters in the world today, such as Nyjah Huston, Leo Baker, Leticia Bufoni, Aori Nishimura, Lizzie Armanto, Shane O’Neill, Riley Hawk and Tyshawn Jones.

Create-A-Park and Create-A-Skater modes also make a return, with the “robust” editor allowing new ways of customisation. You will be able to share the parks born from your imagination online with friends, remix parks that have already been published and outfit skaters with tons of customisation options.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2021.
