Digerati and [bracket]games have announced that Three Fourths Home: Extended Edition will release on Nintendo Switch next week, which is a visual short story that explores the emotional ties of family relationships.

Created with a striking, minimalistic art style, the emotive storytelling follows Kelly who, in her mid-20s, has been forced to move back to Nebraska.

When an intense Midwestern storm approaches while Kelly is out, she needs to get home but, in the 20 miles between her grandparents’ crumbling barn and her parents’ house, she receives a phone call from her mother.

As you travel through rural Nebraska, you will navigate an extended conversation between Kelly, her parents, and her younger brother.

That will soon see the story delve into a specific moment of these characters’ lives and their relationships with one another, touching on issues such as disability, adulthood, and familial obligation.

The Nintendo Switch port will include ‘Idling in the Rubble,’ which is an epilogue that expands upon the main story.

Three Fourths Home: Extended Edition will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on May 10th.
