Square Enix have confirmed plans to bring Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call westward, sharing that the rhythm-action sequel will release Europe and North America later this year.
The 3DS exclusive can boast to include three times as many songs and twice as many playable characters as its predecessor, with two new modes appearing in Quest Medley, where you alternate playing FMS (Field Music Sequence) and BMS (Battle Music Sequence) games, and Versus BMS mode, where you can challenge friends and other players
New characters encompass Final Fantasy VII’s Barret, Final Fantasy X’s Yuna, and Zack from Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, with the game’s Collecta Crystarium allowing you to earn CollectaCards that allow you to boost your character’s stats.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call will release on 3DS across Europe and North America later this year.
