The Wonderful 101 soundtrack to receive digital release

Team! Unite up! PlatinumGames have announced that The Wonderful 101‘s official soundtrack will shortly receive a digital release.

The news was shared by game director Hideki Kamiya, coinciding with the first anniversary that marks a year since the Wii U exclusive launched in Japan. The soundtrack, which will see a boost in audio quality, comprises of 127 tracks which will be split between two separate volumes – each priced at $9.99 (£6.215) or $0.99 per track (£0.60).

Kamiya explains that the theme song, “The Won-Stoppable Wonderful 100,” has also been remastered to add “a fitting conclusion,” as it was previously edited to loop endlessly.

The Wonderful 101 soundtrack will be available from Monday 15th September through iTunes or Sumthing.com.
