Bigben and Voxler have announced that they will release The Voice on Wii later this year.

Developed under the official licence of the show and in collaboration with ITV, the game promises to help you rediscover the show’s unique atmosphere.

Players will first try to make the judges turn in their famous red chairs before progressing to The Blind Auditions, The Battles, and The Live Show, chasing their dream to become The Voice.

Voxler has more than 10 years experience in karaoke game development, having created a patented voice recognition system that will judge player performance on the accuracy of their warbled notes and rhythm.

There’s no word on the track list yet, but expect “all your favourite hits and their official music videos.”

“We are very happy to be working with Bigben on this ambitious project, and we will bring all of our experience and passion to bear to reproduce the experience of The Voice in a video game as faithfully as possible,” Voxler CEO Nicolas Delorme added.

The Voice will release on Wii in Europe later this year.
