AMC Games and Thunkd have shared a new live-action trailer for The Magnificent Trufflepigs, which will soon see release on Nintendo Switch.
This first-person, romantic, metal-detecting game sees you play Adam (voiced by British actor Arthur Darvill), who is described as being “a sharp-witted but compassionate man returning to his childhood village of Stanning.”
He joins Beth (voiced by Luci Fish) on her mission to rekindle her childhood sense of adventure by unearthing a local treasure. Once brought brief fame for discovering an earring while metal-detecting on a local farm, she now wants to search for its match. However, all is not as it seems, and they end up digging much more than she had bargained for.
The Magnificent Trufflepigs will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in Summer 2021.
