Mipumi Games has announced that The Lion’s Song will release on Nintendo Switch this week, their award-winning narrative adventure series.

Set in the early 20th century in Austria, the game, a collection of four self-contained chaptered point-and-click stories, was originally released on Steam, iOS and Android.

Starring a cast of fictional artists and scientists that have been blessed with outstanding skills, each chapter will follow one of their exceptional minds – with players tasked with helping them overcome their intimate struggles with creativity, human connections and inspiration.

The choices that you make will have a direct impact on the storylines of all future and past chapters, connecting the individual stories into one overarching narrative.

With evocative story-driven gameplay, stylised graphics and a haunting soundtrack, it won the Best Indie Game Award at the German Developer Awards 2016 and an Honorable Mention in the Excellence in Narrative category at the Independent Games Festival in 2017.

The Lion’s Song will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on July 10th, priced at £9.99 (€9.99 / $9.99).
