The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild GDC 2017 Panel Explores Breaking Conventions

Nintendo of America has announced that they will host a panel at GDC 2017 that explores how The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has challenged and broken traditional conventions long associated with the series.

The panel, named “Change and Constant – Breaking Conventions with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild,” will see game director Hidemaro Fujibayashi, art director Satoru Takizawa and technical director Takuhiro Dohta provide an in-depth look at how Nintendo implemented such convention-breaking changes.

It is scheduled to be held at 11am – 12.30pm on Wednesday 1st March at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, and, for those not attending GDC 2017, a video will become available a week later on GDC Vault.
