The Legend of Zelda 30th Anniversary Concert Resounds Across Japan

Nintendo has announced The Legend of Zelda 30th Anniversary Concert series, which will take place in Japan later this year.

Produced by Japanese concert organiser Promax Inc., three concerts have been scheduled at venues across Japan at the ROHM Theatre Kyoto on Saturday 1st October, Tokyo Metropolitan Art Theater on Sunday 16th October, and the NGK Spark Plug Civic Center Forest Hall in Nagoya on Wednesday 14th December.

Taizo Takemoto will conduct the concert series, which will be performed by the Kyoto Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra, Tokyo Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra and Central Aichi Symphony Orchestra.

Attendees can choose to purchase a Master Sheet ticket which has an original design and a commemorative pin set for 12,000 yen (£87.50), S seat tickets for 9,000 yen (£65.50) or A seat tickets at 7,500 yen (£54.50).

Special guests are to appear that have been involved with The Legend of Zelda series over the past 30 years, although there is no indication as to whether any music composed for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will feature.
