Wired Productions and Tomas Sala have shared the launch trailer for The Falconeer: Warrior Edition, which is out on Nintendo Switch next week.
This “supercharged and enhanced version” of the original game includes all updates, additional content in The Kraken, The Hunter and Atun’s Folly, and the “significant new expansion,” The Edge of the World.
The game comes to the portable home console with a streamlined prologue tutorial and a “re-recording of significant voice-over work,” with The Edge of the World adding more additional side quests, map locations, a self-contained story and new items.
“I am beyond thrilled to bring The Falconeer to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch players,” enthuses game creator Tomas Sala. “I hope they enjoy exploring the world I have created and everything The Great Ursee has to offer.”
Wired Productions managing director Leo Zullo adds: “The Falconeer: Warrior Edition is an extraordinary piece of work that Tomas Sala should be incredibly proud of, and we’re pleased that PlayStation and Nintendo Switch players around the world will finally get to experience the wonder of Tomas’ creation.”
The Falconeer: Warrior Edition will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 5th August 2021.
