Nintendo has announced that Tetris 99 will receive a physical release at retail in the coming months.

This will include the competitive and chaotic puzzler, the Big Block downloadable content that introduces offline single and multiplayer modes, and a 12-month Nintendo Switch Online subscription.

Those offline modes will let you battle against 98 bots in CPU Battle, aim for your highest score in Marathon, challenge up to eight friends in Local Arena, or share Joy-Con controllers with another player in 2P Share Battle.

Tetris 99 will release at retail for Nintendo Switch in North America on September 6th and in Europe on September 20th, priced at $29.99.
