NACON and Big Ant Studios have announced that Tennis World Tour 2 will release on Nintendo Switch this September.
The developer has “rebuilt the game from the ground up,” which will now feature 38 tennis stars such as Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Ashleigh Barty and multiple official stadiums.
Tie Break Tens has been introduced as a new competition format, and you can participate in several game modes including Career, Quick Match, Online, Tournament and Ranked Match.
There are more animations that have been added to improve the game’s realism and fluidity, with the promise that you will be able to “experience a realistic tennis game that captures all the sport’s unique characteristics and competitiveness.”
NACON head of publishing Benoît Clerc explains: “Big Ant is a specialist in sport simulation and the studio shares our gaming vision for what we want to offer tennis fans with the Tennis World Tour franchise.
“We are delighted to be extending this partnership and to benefit from the expertise of these passionate and talented developers.”
Tennis World Tour 2 will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in September 2020.
