SEGA has released a new Team Sonic Racing trailer, the first in a gameplay video series that will showcase key gameplay elements that you will find in the fast-paced competitive multiplayer racer.
You will see how Sonic and his pals must work together to race past rival teams, using team-based moves to gain an advantage.
In the trailer, you can see Team Rose in action for the first time and Ice Mountain, a frozen terrain track that will prove to be a challenge for all players.
The new team-based moves that have been revealed will let you help teammates or knock out your competition, and will include:
Skimboost: Boost struggling teammates back into action as you drive by!
Slingshot: Slipstream a teammate for a slingshot boost!
Rival Takedown: Knock out highlighted opponents ahead and speed past them!
Item Box Transfer: Send and receive Wisps with teammates anywhere on the track!
Team Ultimate: Use Team Mechanics to fill your Team Ultimate meter and unleash a massive team boost!
Team Sonic Racing will release for Nintendo Switch worldwide this winter.
