Equilibrium Systems and Log Games have confirmed that Epic Dumpster Bear 2: He Who Bears Wins will release on Nintendo Switch later this week.
This sequel to Epic Dumpster Bear sees the comedic action-platformer series make a return to a Nintendo console for the first time since the original game hit the Nintendo eShop for Wii U six years ago.
You will once again have the chance to play as a dumpster bear with a chip on his shoulder. After an evil corporation destroys his forest, it is now his turn to take out the trash. Taking inspiration from 16-bit classics of the genre, you will conquer eight worlds.
The game comes to the portable home console with 10 new exclusive bonus levels and a new cliffhanger-filled epilogue. The publisher has outlined the game’s key features as below:
- Buttery Smooth 60 frames per second gameplay;
- 8 worlds and over 50 levels to complete;
- Tight and responsive play control;
- Challenging boss fights;
- Secret Exits and Levels to be discovered.
Epic Dumpster Bear 2: He Who Bears Wins will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on Thursday 6th January 2022. The game will be priced at $4.99 but will be discounted to $2.99 for the first two weeks from launch.
