Namco Bandai are bringing their Taiko: Drum Master series to Wii U, according to weekly Japanese magazine Famitsu.
The aptly titled Taiko: Drum Master Wii U Version will support the previously released Taiko drum accessory for Wii, as well as Wii Remote or Wii U GamePad input – thought controls on the latter have reportedly been optimised to be simpler for players.
Baton Change mode is a new addition and tasks two to four players to work together, whilst Nintendo-themed content will see the inclusion of Mario and Luigi masks, as well as one of the game’s tracks being a “Wild Pokémon Battle Medley.”
