JanduSoft and Grimorio of Games have confirmed a release date for Sword of the Necromancer on Nintendo Switch.

In this “dead raising roguelike” you play as former rogue Tama, who is determined to resurrect the priestess Koko who she swore to protect on her pilgrimage.

This leads Tama to a legendary crypt rumoured to hold the power to raise the dead, where she obtains the Sword of the Necromancer – a cursed relic that can resurrect dead monsters turning them into allies in the process.

That means that every enemy you defeat can be transformed into a battle companion, but nothing will last forever. Whenever you die you will need to choose between losing all of your gear or half of your level.

Sword of the Necromancer will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 10th December 2020.
