The Voxel Agents have announced that The Gardens Between will release on Nintendo Switch, a surreal puzzle-adventure puzzle game where best friends Arina and Frendt suddenly fall into dreamlike island gardens.
Surrounded by everyday objects from their childhood, they set out on an emotional journey that will explore the significance of their friendship, whether that be the memories they have built, what must be let go and what should never be left behind.
The twist is that you don’t actually control them directly, instead manipulating time to solve brain-teasing conundrums to see the bittersweet narrative unfold.
The Gardens Between will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on September 20th and is now available to pre-order.
